I have a lifetime of fitness experience ranging from competetive body building to running, cycling and rock climbing. My experience and expertise enable me to work with the average fitness- oriented individual who is interested in weight loss, strength traing and body sculpting. An extensive knowledge of nutrition offers me the opportunity to assist my clients in developing a healthy lifestyle. I motivate clients to meet their personal goals in a manner that emphsizes fun and a feeling of accomplishment. In order to provide the highest quality of training to my clients, I keep abreast of the most recent information in the area of fitness through continuing educational opportunities.

Intro
My Fitness Coaching clients are new to exercise or returning to exercise after an absence like a new job, becoming a parent, or other life circumstances. Many of my clients used to exercise frequently but life got in the way. Some want to get ready for a big event coming up like a trip or a wedding. If any of these sound like you, then I may be the Fitness Coach for you! My clients want to learn new things, expand their exercise repertoire, not get injured, and obtain exceptional value from their coach. My clients want to improve their quality of life through movement and exercise. Most of my clients make a commitment of 3 to 6 months - which is generally how long it takes to see real, sustainable results. I also offer short-term coaching packages for people with specific training goals. A 10-minute phone call can help us determine if I'm the right coach for you.
I focus on building strength and muscle, increasing bone density, improving endurance and agility, and helping my clients gain mastery of functional movement. I focus on core strength, the muscles that control posture, and helping people meet the commonly accepted recommendations for weekly exercise. I show people that exercise, and the fitness resultant from it, improves the quality of their lives. Fitness means readiness. Fitness should be fun! I enjoy training at Liberty Gym because the space is always clean, people make room for each other to exercise, and has a very wide selection of exercise equipment.
