I have a lifetime of fitness experience ranging from competetive body building to running, cycling and rock climbing. My experience and expertise enable me to work with the average fitness- oriented individual who is interested in weight loss, strength traing and body sculpting. An extensive knowledge of nutrition offers me the opportunity to assist my clients in developing a healthy lifestyle. I motivate clients to meet their personal goals in a manner that emphsizes fun and a feeling of accomplishment. In order to provide the highest quality of training to my clients, I keep abreast of the most recent information in the area of fitness through continuing educational opportunities.

My Approach I've been an active person my whole life. I started out with gymnastics and swimming when I was 6 and developed a strong interest in resistance training by the age of 15. During college I became a cycling instructor and a certified personal trainer. I am an avid cyclist, jogger and hiker and have completed several marathons and bike races. I am very passionate about my profession and I love to see the positive physical and emotional changes in my clients as they progress. I am committed to my clients' success and their fitness goals will always be my priority.   Whether you're just starting out, or have been exercising for a while, my integrative training approach will help you get to the next level by incorporating various fitness components.  I pledge to support you, educate you, coach you and monitor your progress in an understanding, enthusiastic and consistent way. My programs are individualized based on your specific goals and on initial complimentary posture, movement and cardio assessment.
