I have a lifetime of fitness experience ranging from competetive body building to running, cycling and rock climbing. My experience and expertise enable me to work with the average fitness- oriented individual who is interested in weight loss, strength traing and body sculpting. An extensive knowledge of nutrition offers me the opportunity to assist my clients in developing a healthy lifestyle. I motivate clients to meet their personal goals in a manner that emphsizes fun and a feeling of accomplishment. In order to provide the highest quality of training to my clients, I keep abreast of the most recent information in the area of fitness through continuing educational opportunities.

My Approach
Coach Chan’s approach would depend on your goal: For non-athletes, he would base it on your perspective if you want fat loss or muscle gain. For athletes, he would guide you on HIIT functional movements and constantly varied movements which would most likely follow the structure of his well-known effective program, the Division Zero.
Coach Chan was born and raised in the Philippines. He has started being active in the world of sports at a very young age. He was able to obtain his Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology in Silliman University in Negros Oriental, Philippines where was he became a varsity member of the swimming team. Later on, he would then proceed to study in the Philippine School of Culinary Arts in Cebu City, Philippines where he acquired his Diploma in Culinary Arts. He has spent his previous years in the fitness industry with a majority of that time as a Crossfit trainer. Over the years he has acquired many different certifications and specializations, One of which is being Close Quarter Combat Weapon Specialist, Specilizing in stick and knife, In the Art of “Eskrima” (FMA) Aka Filipino Martial arts since 2000, to being Head Coach at Crossfit Subtero in Cebu, Philippines. He has been an athlete all of his life, starting with various experiences in working with various athletes in Boxing, MMA fighing, running, to teaching some government and security staff with weaponry, Strength and conditioning. He started training Aikido During his College years until he would then become a blackbelt in this martial art. He also gained more experiences in Crossfit coaching and weightlifting and is now the Head Coach of Division Zero, leading athletes to the nationals with a colorful podium finish.
